Portfolio products are perfect for limited companies, expats or landlords with FOUR OR MORE mortgaged properties.

Non-portfolio products are perfect for landlords with UP TO THREE mortgaged properties, expats and consumer buy-to-let customers.

Want to switch to a new product?

We’ve recently updated our processes which means you can now secure a new product up to six months ahead of your clients’ current product maturing. ​

So, if your client’s current mortgage product is coming to an end and they would like to switch to a new product, simply log in and follow the on-screen instructions.

The products available to your customer will be based on their property type and whether they are classified as a portfolio or non-portfolio landlord under both Paragon criteria and the PRA regulation guidelines.

Product switch with capital repayment

If your client is looking to make a capital repayment to your mortgage whilst carrying out a product switch, we’ll be happy to do this. We can offer this free of early repayment charges as long as the payment is made at the same time as booking a product switch.​

If for any reason your client cancels their product switch, they’ll need to pay an early repayment fee on the value of the capital repayment.

Looking to apply for a further advance?

Whether they’re looking to make energy efficient improvements to their property, or are thinking about expanding their portfolio, if your client needs additional funding, we may be able to help. ​

You can apply for a further advance on behalf of your client using our online portal. ​
