My journey began in 2007 as a Business Development Manager. I now lead a team of 11 accomplished field-based BDMs as National Sales Manager at Paragon. Over the course of two decades in the property industry, I've cultivated a deep understanding of our sector. My focus has always been on facilitating smoother and more efficient mortgage processes, working alongside my dedicated team to help landlords and stakeholders.

Transitioning from being a broker to working at Paragon has given me a really good insight into my brokers' expectations and what I need to do to make a difference. Building relationships is without doubt the best part of my role. In my spare time I’m often playing a very average standard of golf. No world beater but I certainly try hard!
My biggest achievement so far is… Being awarded employee of the year and regional manager of the year in the space of 24 hours.

I've been in the financial services game for 32 years now, my journey in the industry has been quite an adventure. For the past 18 years, I've served as a Business Development Manager over at Paragon. I first started gaining experience in the financial sector at L&G bank in equity elease lending where I was a mortgage broker for six years, but my initial foray into financial services was with a life company selling life, pensions and investments where I lasted two years.
The best advice I’ve ever been given is… You’ve got two ears and one mouth, use them in the same proportions.

I have also been a broker sourcing mortgages across the whole market, so I understand both sides of the business. My main passions are football and music where I have a very wide taste in genres and enjoy going to gigs.
My biggest achievement so far is… Maintaining an injury-free record playing football or doing martial arts over the years.
An interesting fact about me I have been on TV twice: once in the audience of the debate show "Central Weekend," and another being interviewed by Sky Sports News on Wembley Way ahead of the FA Cup semi-final West Brom vs Portsmouth.
