You can secure a new product for your client up to six months ahead of their current mortgage maturing. So if your client’s mortgage is coming to an end, you can help them to benefit from current rates and offers, ensuring a smooth transition to their next mortgage.
Track to Fix is a feature available on all our discounted variable buy-to-let mortgages. It allows landlords to benefit from the current rates and offers on discounted mortgages with the flexibility to switch to a fixed rate later, all without early repayment charges.
With our flexible approach, we can offer this service free of early repayment charges when carried out simultaneously with a product switch. However, if plans change and the product switch is cancelled, an early repayment fee on the value of the capital repayment will apply.

You’ll need to speak with one of our Senior Underwriters if the total amount of lending you’re asking for, including the forward funding facility, is more than £2,000,000. Once we’ve agreed the facility, we’ll send you and your landlord client a letter detailing how much we’re willing to lend and how long this is valid for. We’ll also send you the subsequent property application form to use for all future applications under this facility.
