Short term finance

We can provide your customer with the flexibility of financing a refurbishment project with quick turnaround funding.

We also provide the security of a long term buy-to-let mortgage underwritten by the same underwriter and with reduced application fees.

Standard refurbishment

Perfect for properties that do not require any significant improvement works, and are available for a maximum term of six months.

Light refurbishment

For properties that require refitting and modernisation works, which can also include a change of use for small HMOs. These products are available for a maximum term of nine months.

Heavy refurbishment

When alterations are required that need planning permission, permitted development rights or building regulations approval.

These are available for a maximum term of 12 months.

Short term to let

This is what we call a simultaneous short term finance and buy-to-let application on the same property. This application can be made on all our standard and light refurbishment products and, depending on the type of customer, is also available on our portfolio and non-portfolio buy-to-let products.
