For HMOs we allow...

  • Up to 20 rooms
  • Multiple kitchens
  • Locks on doors
  • Single or multiple tenancies

We accept a variety of tenants, including:

  • Students
  • Young professionals
  • Benefit recipients
  • Lets directly with the local authority or housing association for up to five years

We will also consider up to 20 self-contained flats under one freehold title, and freehold blocks with a maximum of 50% of the units having been sold on individual tenancies.
