Incentive terms and conditions

1. In these terms and conditions “we” “our” and “us” means Paragon Bank PLC of 51 Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3QJ, who is the incentive promoter.
2. The incentive is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for our employees, their families, our agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the incentive.
3. You will be automatically entered into the incentive once you have completed and submitted the survey. This includes providing personal details such as your name and email address so that we can contact you.
4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
5. The opening date for entries is within the T&Cs in the email (the “Incentive”) (together the “Incentive”). Any surveys received after the closing date will not be valid, and therefore not considered.
6. The participant will receive the voucher stated in the T&Cs (the “Incentive”).
7. We reserve the right to substitute an Incentive of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond their control.
8. The Incentive will be emailed to the participant within 30 working days of survey completion, using the email address provided at entry.
9. The Incentive for the participant is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. We reserve the right to replace the Incentive with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
11. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Incentive is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Incentive to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
15. The use of particular brands as Incentives does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
16. You must be the original creator of the survey entry and must have obtained the necessary permissions for the inclusion of copyrighted images (if any) within the survey entry. The survey entry must not infringe the rights of privacy and publicity, copyright, trademarks or intellectual property rights of any person or organisation.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law neither we, nor our agents or distributors, will be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Incentive except where it is caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our agents, distributors, or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy. Data will be used for Incentive purposes only and will be not shared with any third parties.
19. This survey and its Incentive are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
