Paragon Bank Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. In these terms and conditions “we” “our” and “us” means Paragon Bank PLC of 51 Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3QJ, who is the prize draw promoter.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for our employees, their families, our agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
3. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw once you have completed and submitted the survey. This includes providing personal details such as your name and email address
4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
5. The opening date for entries is within the T&Cs in the email (the “Prize Draw Date”) (together the “Prize Draw”). Any surveys received after the closing date will not be valid, and therefore not considered.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within 14 working days after the Prize Draw End Date (the “Prize Draw”).
7. The winner will receive the voucher stated in the T&Cs (the “Prize”).
8. The Prize will be emailed to the winner within 14 working days of the Prize Draw, using the email address provided at entry.
9. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
11. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. We will make available information that indicates that a valid award took place on the Prize Draw Winner page. We are able to provide the surname of the Prize winner if you email us at [email protected] or write to us at Paragon House, 51 Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3QJ within one month of the Competition End Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county or winning entry being published or made available then please contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware that we still have to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on Request.
13. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
16. The use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law neither we, nor our agents or distributors, will be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our agents, distributors, or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Statement | Paragon Bank. Data will be used for prize draw purposes only and will be not shared with any third parties. See also condition 13 regarding the announcement of winners.
19. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
