Is your fixed rate maturing?

What is maturity?

Your account is maturing when your fixed rate is coming to an end. Only fixed rate accounts or fixed rate cash ISAs will mature, easy access, triple access or notice accounts will not mature.

What happens when my account matures?

We will contact you at least 28 days before your account matures.

Online account holders, we will email you asking you to log in and give us your maturity instructions. You can login and check your maturity date on your account summary screen.

Postal account holders, we will send you a maturity instructions form to complete and return. You can call us on 0800 052 2222 and check your maturity date.

You can give us your instructions or make any changes to your instructions up to two days before your maturity date.

If we don’t receive your instructions by this time, we will move your money to an easy access account or easy access cash ISA, so you can access your funds whenever you need. We won’t tie you in for another fixed term without your permission.

When will I receive my money?

If you’ve chosen to withdraw your funds at maturity, your savings will be sent to your nominated bank account. Your capital and interest will be sent in separate payments.

If your account matures on a working day your funds will be in your nominated bank account on the same day. If your maturity date is a non-working day your fund will be cleared into your nominated bank account, the next working day.

What are Paragon's guaranteed rates?

We value our customers so as a thank you for saving with us, we offer you our Paragon rate guarantee.

So, you won’t lose out within your maturity window.

What is my maturity window?
