What do I do if my car is written off?

You’ll need to continue making your monthly repayments whilst your insurance company is dealing with the situation.

If your vehicle is deemed a total loss, you’ll need to settle your account in full as soon as you receive any kind of insurance pay out.

 

What happens if my car is stolen?

You’ll need to continue making your monthly repayments whilst your insurance company deals with the situation.

If you’ve told us that your car has been stolen and then it’s found and returned to you, we’ll need to see a letter from your insurance company confirming this. And your agreement will continue as normal.

If your car is not recovered, you’ll need to settle your account in full as soon as you receive any kind of insurance pay out.

 

I have a problem or fault with my vehicle. What do I do next?

If there’s a problem or a fault with your vehicle, you’ll need to contact your supplying dealer.

If you don’t get any help from them, then please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to help.

If contacting us about a fault, please make sure you have any information, such as a diagnostic report, to hand. This will help us in assisting you.
