Our build to rent product supports the development of purpose built, investment grade, Build to Rent properties, which offer a range of services to residents not offered by most other residential schemes (concierge, gyms, office and communal spaces).

It enables specialist developers to build, then retain their project, allowing them to benefit from extra revenue that comes from rent, as well as the additional operating services that are provided.
