Adrian Taylor Head of Invoice Finance

With 30 years’ industry experience, Adrian was Head of Invoice Finance for First National and Managing Director of Bibby Factors Wessex Ltd after a career in property development finance. Adrian holds diplomas of both Chartered Institute of Bankers and in invoice finance. He is also a member of UK Finance IF/ABL product board and an industry representative on UK Finance Professional Standards Council.

With his experience he understands the need to grow your business and can offer fast, flexible, and easy funding solutions to fit your needs.

Steve Holmes Head of Sales - Invoice Finance

Steve has worked in the invoice finance industry for 35 years. Working for both high street and independent niche lenders in both operational and sales roles before coming to Paragon over ten years ago.

Steve enjoys working alongside businesses to structure the most appropriate solution for them whether it is funding for an acquisition, to support turnaround, growth and day to day working capital.

His expertise covers a range of sectors including engineering/manufacturing, transport, wholesale distribution and recruitment.

Matthew Taylor Regional Manager, SME

With two decades of experience Matthew has helped SMEs to get the funding they need to grow & be successful.

He can help with the structuring and re-structuring lending facilities for companies across varied sectors and industries working alongside professional introducers

Matthew also specialises in the transport, recruitment, manufacturing, and wholesale sectors with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of their key challenges and how to overcome. The focus is always the longevity of the relationship with our customers and delivering client service.

Mathew White Regional Manager, SME

Mathew has 25 years’ experience in the invoice finance industry, originally starting his career with a high street bank in 1998.

During his career he has gained experience in both Operations and Sales and has worked in areas such as credit control, account management and relationship management. As a French speaker he has also worked in international collections teams.

Mathew has been with Paragon for 10 years and enjoys helping customers in the recruitment sector and also those interested in business acquisitions.
