We always welcome the opportunity for feedback and look at ways we can implement this to improve your experience of using our services.

After listening to you, we recently introduced a few changes that we hope will help make things even more straightforward.

Username reminder feature

We recently introduced some changes to our password reset procedure. Following on from this, you are now also able to request a username reminder.

This will be sent to you by email if you just follow a few simple steps.

You will need to firstly click on the 'username reminder' from your login page.

Following this, you will need to answer three security questions - we will then send you a copy of your username via the email address you have linked to your account.

Quicker payments into your Paragon account

We know that for peace of mind, you want to see your money reach your account as soon as possible after you press send.

For this reason, we are working to increase the speed at which your money reaches your Paragon account.

We have made some changes behind the scenes, which means that when you send money over from your nominated bank account, you should notice that it reaches its destination quicker than previously. We are constantly working to improve this and make this even speedier.

As always, it's important to ensure you use the right details when you send money into your Paragon account. You can review our FAQs here, which include the bank details you need to use.

Lasting Power of Attorney changes

You are now able to register a new Lasting Power of Attorney status online.

This is because of a change implemented by the Office of the Public Guardian, which we have now implemented on our own systems. To register a Lasting Power of Attorney with us online, you will need an access code available through the Office of the Public Guardian portal.
