We’ve made changes to our password reset procedure!


Following feedback from our online customers, we have updated our password reset procedure to make it quicker, simpler, and easier for you.   

How do I reset my password?  

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, you just need to click the ‘reset my password’ option on the log-in page. 

You will then receive a unique, timed link that gives you access to a password reset page through your email.  

For security reasons, this link will be valid for 30 minutes after the request. 

Once you click the link you are then able to reset your password by inputting your username and nominated bank account details.  

Once your password has been reset successfully, you then will receive email confirmation that the change has been registered.

This new process is fully secure, while also being fast and straightforward.  

The email link and confirmation is sent to your registered email account only, and provides additional peace of mind.  

This new process is available for all customers who operate online banking and have a valid email address set up.  

If you don’t have a valid email address then you’ll still need to call us on 0800 052 2222 to reset your password.  

Please have your username to hand to reset your password, as an extra security measure. If you don’t have this, you will be prompted to call our team to retrieve it.
