We continually aim to ensure that our savings offering is right for our customers. 2019 was a busy year for us, with the following now available:
- After listening to customer feedback, Postal Savings accounts were made available, providing an alternative for customers who do not want to bank online.
- The Lifetime ISA was launched, to help customers save towards their first home or retirement.
- A 40 Day Notice savings account was launched, to sit alongside the already in-place 120 Day Notice savings account.
- Savings hits 6 billion in customer deposits and over 200,000 customers now save with us.
