Paragon Bank has further enhanced its range of Fixed Rate Savings Accounts with newly announced increases to rates available from today, Friday 30 September.

The rate increases include:

• 1 Year Fixed Rate Savings Account increasing from 3.30% AER to 3.75% AER
• 18 month Fixed Rate Savings Account increasing from 3.40% AER to 3.95% AER
• 2 Year Fixed Rate Savings Account increasing from 3.48% AER to 4.11% AER
• 5 Year Fixed Rate Savings Account increasing from 3.51% AER to 4.13% AER

The FTSE 250 financial provider, which has over £10 billion of savers’ deposits, has also increased the return on its Green 3 Year Fixed Rate, the proceeds of which are used to fund energy efficient homes.

• 3 Year Green Savings Account increasing from 3.49% AER to 4.12% AER

Fixed Rate Savings Accounts and the 3 Year Green Savings account can be opened and managed online, over the phone or by post and are available to both new and existing customers. Interest can be paid on a yearly or monthly basis.
