Paragon Bank has strengthened its SME Lending broker team with the appointment of Carole Luck as Business Development Manager.

Carole will be responsible for managing the South West region and reporting into Ian Galbraith, Head of Broker at Paragon SME Lending. Carole’s appointment and experience is a valuable advantage to the team as Paragon seeks to build stronger relationships and more opportunities with its broker network.

She joins Paragon from Haydock Finance, where she was a Regional Broker Manager, and prior to that Carole worked at Close Brothers Asset Finance as a Broker Relationship Manager.

Carole’s previous roles and career background have prepared her to align with Paragon’s business development strategy within the SME Lending team and to widen opportunities with existing and new clients.
