When Horsnall Holdings was seeking a funding partner for its three-phase Waterside Village development, market experience, sector commitment and financial capacity were key requirements.
Paragon Bank’s Development Finance team was the solution. Paragon funded all three phases of the Loughborough scheme, with the latest element - The Wharf – recently completed.
The Wharf is a 55-unit one, two and three-bedroom unit development with facilities including a fitness studio, private rooftop garden, co-working space, canal-side garden and concierge service.
Waterside Village developments include the award-winning The Gate, a repurposed 1800s hosiery factory, the Mill and The Wharf. Paragon provided Horsnall Holdings with an £8.3 million finance package for The Wharf phase.
The Wharf is located in the market town of Loughborough and residents can travel to nearby cities such as Nottingham, Leicester and Derby in under 30 minutes via car. The market town itself is walkable from the Wharf and is active with shops, bars and restaurants.
The funding was led on behalf of Paragon by Senior Relationship Director Simon Dekker and Senior Portfolio Manager Craig Seaborne.
