Sustainable development is at the heart of Antler Homes’ business and we were pleased to support its newbuild development in Slinfold, Horsham with an £8.6 million funding package.

The funding was our third deal with Antler Homes and was led by Relationship Director, Toby Burgess.

The development is situated in the charming village of Slinfold, overlooking the popular cricket green and fields.

How we helped

The funding enabled the company to acquire land to commence the Crosby Farm development, a 24 unit development consisting of two, three and four bedroom houses looking out onto the Slinfold Cricket Club pitch in the West Sussex village.

The development has a gross development value of £12.5 million and will provide a new pavilion for cricket club.
