Competitive and convenient

Catherine Geddes dips in and out of her Paragon Bank Limited Edition Easy Access Account on a regular basis to save for and fund improvements to her much loved period property.

Catherine found the account when searching internet comparison sites for a competitive interest rate and was pleased to learn she could open and manage the account online.

As Catherine explains:

I find I’m doing more and more online these days. With a full-time job as a clinical lead at a busy ultrasound unit, when I get home I want to be able to manage my finances quickly and efficiently. This account makes it very easy for me to transfer money into my savings and back out again whenever I need to use it.

Simple and efficient

Retired English teacher and keen photographer, John Dinham, chose a Paragon Bank Fixed Rate Savings Account for his funds.

John discovered Paragon Bank when searching online for a savings account offering a competitive interest rate and an institution covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

As John explains:

I was impressed with how simple it was to open the account and how quickly I could transfer the money in from my maturing account. The telephone back-up was helpful and the whole process was very efficient.

A good balance

When looking around for a suitable home for her retirement nest-egg, recently retired careers adviser Margaret Patterson decided to opt for a Paragon Bank 120 Day Notice Account.

Paying an interest rate set between Paragon’s Easy Access Account which allows unlimited withdrawals and the Bank’s Fixed Rate Savings Accounts where money is tied up for at least twelve months, the Notice Account strikes a balance between earning a rewarding rate and allowing planned access to funds.

As Margaret explains:

The Notice Account is simple, safe and rewarding. It’s been easy to set up and manage online and I’ve added to the funds over time. I check the rates available in the market on a regular basis, and, so far, the Account has maintained its competitive position.
