Paragon’s PRS Trends report provides insight on the private rented sector through analysis of survey responses provided by hundreds of landlords. 

Paragon Bank produce a quarterly report on the Private Rented Sector (PRS), based on research undertaken by BVA BDRC, an independent research agency, in partnership with National Residential Landlords Association.

Interviews are conducted with over 700 landlords, providing us with valuable insight into various aspects of their lettings businesses and the private rented sector more broadly.

Enhancing our knowledge of market trends such as tenant demand, rental arrears and yields generated, as well as gaining insight into landlords’ plans for the future, helps us to identify ways in which we can support our customers to provide good quality to the millions of UK renters.
