Paragon Bank’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) Trends report is produced to provide a quarterly view of the PRS.

The report is based on data collected through in-depth interviews with hundreds of landlords, conducted by research agency BVA BDRC in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association.

Examining the detailed responses to questions on a broad range of PRS focused topics helps us to track trends and identify opportunities and threats such as strong tenant demand or increasing incidences of voids. By improving our understanding of the state of the sector and the issues landlords face we’re better equipped to support these small businesses that play a vital role in the UK’s housing provision.
