Paragon wins Feefo Trusted Service Award

Feefo is an independent global review company and one of the world’s most trusted ratings platforms. Feefo only collect genuine and authentic feedback from purchase-verified customers; matching reviews to legitimate transactions, which makes this award particularly pleasing for us because it means that our ratings have all been provided by actual, real customers.

To achieve the standard necessary to receive the accreditation, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews between January and December 2017; maintaining an average score of between 4.0 and 4.5. Having registered for Feefo reviews as recently as August 2017, we’re especially pleased to have met the criteria in just five months.

We really appreciate our customers taking the time to provide their valued feedback and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who submitted a review. We place our customers’ interests at the heart of everything we do and strive to provide truly exceptional experiences, so it’s fantastic to learn that we are on the right track!
