We’ve been nominated in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards!


We’re thrilled to announce that Paragon Bank has been shortlisted for the third year running in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2021 and we’d love for you to vote on how you’ve found our customer service.

This year, we’ve been shortlisted in two categories: Online Savings Provider of the Year and ISA Provider of the Year - and the voting is now open!

All Paragon customers can take part by completing a short survey which will also enter you into the Moneyfacts prize draw for the chance to win £1,000!

To register your vote and your entry into the draw, simply click this link and complete the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards Survey.

As part of this, you’ll be asked to rate our customer service by giving us a score out of five and you’ll automatically be entered into the prize draw.

There are three surveys in total and it should only take you about 10-15 minutes to complete all three.

Each completed survey gives you one entry into the prize draw, with the chance to win one of three £1,000 cash prizes – so completing all three surveys will give you three entries into the draw and three chances to win!

The deadline for all entries is midnight on Friday 20 November 2020.
