How it works

Transfer date icon

Once you’ve given your existing provider written notice, they’ll give you a transfer date and details of any early termination conditions.

Three to four days before your transfer date, you’ll need to send us your sales ledger. And we’ll get you set up with us.

On transfer day, we’ll get the settlement figure from your existing provider and ask you to confirm you still want to go ahead.

We’ll then issue a statement and letters of introduction to all your customers. Providing them with your new bank details. If your facility is confidential, then we’ll ask you to issue a letter to your customers instead. Letting them know the details of the new Trust Account.
