Two new appointments are bolstering the specialist knowledge within the Development Finance team at Paragon.

Andrew Fairley and Steve Hallam have joined the specialist lender as Senior Relationship Directors, bringing with them a wealth of industry experience.

Andrew has been in the banking sector for over twenty years and joins Paragon from Housing Growth Partnership, where he was Investment Director providing equity to residential development projects.

Commenting on his new role, Andrew said:

Steve joins from Ingenious Real Estate, a boutique residential lender and brings with him over twenty years of experience in the property development finance market, with time spent at NatWest across a variety of roles.
