How do I change my details?
It’s important to keep your details with us up to date. It helps us keep your money safe and secure by being able to contact you quickly if we need to.
Email is a primary way we will contact online account holders about your account, while we will write to postal account holders. So it’s important to keep your address and email address up to date.
Online account holders, you can change your details online simply by logging in to your account and click “change my details”. You can change your username and memorable details to something more personal.
Postal account holders, simply write to us including your username and account number. Or download, complete and return a Change of details form.
