Can I change my payment date?

Yes, but you must make sure you request it at least 10 business days before your monthly payment is due.

What do I do if I’m changing my bank account?

It depends whether the new account is an individual or joint account.

If it is in your name only, you can call us on 0345 149 7770 and we can set up or amend your Direct Debit over the phone. You can also email us at [email protected] or complete a Direct Debit instruction which you can return by post or email – see address details below.

If it is a joint account and needs multiple signatures, you’ll need to fill out a new Direct Debit instruction and either email or send to us at: Motor Finance Customer Servicing, Paragon, 51 Homer Road, Solihull, West Midlands B91 3QJ

Can I change my vehicle registration plate?

Yes, the DVLA will let us know about your change in registration plate and we’ll update your account as well as our HPI interest.
