Visual timeline
At a glance, you can now see the status of all your applications; not yet submitted, pre-offer, offered, completed or no longer proceeding. You can also see which of your cases have any actions outstanding and how many there are.
You can then dive deeper into your applications that are currently in progress. We’ve created a new visual timeline which allows you to click on each stage of your application to see the steps that have been taken, such as when a valuation has been instructed and received, or when a procuration fee has been paid.
From this page, you can also see all of the documents and action points that are outstanding, under review or completed, allowing you a full overview of the progress of your case.
