What is a forward funding facility?

Our forward funding facility is a pre-arranged line of credit designed specifically for professional landlords. Helping to support their future plans and aspirations.

It costs nothing to set up, reduces uncertainty and streamlines the process of repeat business, as it can be written on a simplified basis.

You’ll need to speak with one of our Senior Underwriters if the total amount of lending you’re asking for, including the forward funding facility, is more than £2,000,000.
Once we’ve agreed the facility, we’ll send you and your landlord client a letter detailing how much we’re willing to lend and how long this is valid for. We’ll also send you the subsequent property application form to use for all future applications under this facility.
