How Paragon helped

When GB Helicopters decided to expand their fleet, they called upon the support of Paragon. Paragon provided finance for their fleet of owned helicopters.

Not only were Paragon’s Aviation team able to support the growth of the fleet, the extensive funding options provided by Paragon for SMEs meant that the asset finance specialisms were further called upon…

A Shotover K1 camera system was funded via Paragon’s Technology Finance team. These systems are usually located on the front of helicopters for large format aerial filming and they are so advanced that they can deliver unshakeable stability and next generation ultra HD image quality.

Will Banks, Director at GB Helicopters said: “Paragon have enabled the business to grow seamlessly with investment into assets at rates that were highly competitive. In turn, this meant the business could deliver an extended range of services to our customers increasing turnover with limited impact on cashflow. We owe a lot of our success to the ongoing support provided by Alison and her team.”

Alison Jones, Head of Aviation Finance said: “We are really glad that we are able to play a part in growing such an innovative business and this deal was particularly notable as we were able to call upon and utilise our Technology Finance team to further assist through the financing of the Shotover System.”
